Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 9, 2026
Welcome to Together We Grow LLC (“LLC”). We provide parent consultation services (“Services”) to you (“Client”) focused on education, guidance, and support related to child development, behavior, communication, and skill-building. These services are consultative and educational in nature and are intended to support caregivers in learning strategies to use with their children to achieve parental goals.
By scheduling or participating in consultation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Consultations are personalized and scheduled online in advance, and are conducted at the agreed-upon time. Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time, and late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals.
2. No Medical or Therapeutic Services
The Client understands that the consultation services are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care, and agrees to seek appropriate professional services when needed. Parent consultation services provided by the LLC are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic in nature. They do not include the diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions, nor do they establish a therapist-client, clinician-patient, or BCBA-client relationship.
3. Client Responsibility
By participating in personalized Client consultation meetings, you acknowledge that outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances and the consistency of plan implementation. You are responsible for implementing and applying the strategies outlined in the Client Support Plan, as discussed during consultations. You agree that any decisions or actions taken based on consultation discussions are your responsibility.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To respect time and availability, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
5. Payment Policy
Payment is required prior to the start of each Client consultation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of the scheduled online session. Any emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during Client online consultations is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without the Client’s consent, except as required by law (such as concerns related to safety or mandated reporting obligations). Please note that these consultations are educational in nature and not medical; therefore, they are not covered by HIPAA.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, recommendations, written summaries, and resources provided during Client consultations remain the intellectual property of the LLC and are for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the LLC’s written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together We Grow LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in parent consultation services. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
9. Termination of Services
Together We Grow LLC reserves the right to terminate or decline consultation services if:
These Terms and Conditions are violated
Services are used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
Continued services are not clinically or ethically appropriate
10. Privacy
Personal information shared is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how information is collected, used, and protected.
11. Changes to These Terms

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within California.
