Welcome to Together We Grow LLC. By scheduling or participating in parent consultation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Together We Grow LLC provides parent consultation services focused on education, guidance, and support related to child development, behavior, communication, and skill-building.

These services are consultative and educational in nature and are intended to support caregivers in learning strategies to use with their children.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Services

Parent consultation services provided by Together We Grow LLC:

  • Are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services

  • Do not include diagnosis or treatment of medical or mental health conditions

  • Do not establish a therapist-client, clinician-patient, or BCBA-client relationship

You understand that consultation services are not a substitute for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care, and you agree to seek appropriate professional services when needed.

3. Client Responsibility

By participating in parent consultation services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for how you apply strategies discussed during consultations

  • Outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances and consistency of implementation

  • Together We Grow LLC does not guarantee specific results

You agree that any decisions or actions taken based on consultation discussions are your responsibility.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

Consultations are scheduled in advance and conducted at the agreed-upon time.

  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

  • Sessions will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To respect time and availability, the following policy applies:

  • A minimum of a 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice or missed without notice may be charged in full

  • Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to the start of parent consultation services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of the scheduled session.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during parent consultations is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law (such as concerns related to safety or mandated reporting obligations).

Please note that consultations are educational and not covered by HIPAA.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, recommendations, written summaries, and resources provided during consultations remain the intellectual property of Together We Grow LLC and are for personal use only.

Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Together We Grow LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in parent consultation services.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

10. Termination of Services

Together We Grow LLC reserves the right to terminate or decline consultation services if:

  • These Terms and Conditions are violated

  • Services are used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose

  • Continued services are not clinically or ethically appropriate

11. Privacy

Personal information shared is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how information is collected, used, and protected.

12. Changes to These Terms

Together We Grow LLC may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
